NPR77's total aggregate liability to any individual player, in respect of all claims arising from or relating to their use of the Services, shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, NPR77 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account Balance, including any pending withdrawals, pending investigation and resolution. Real-money balances (net of Bonus Funds) that are not subject to a compliance hold will be returned to the player's verified payment method following the conclusion of any investigation.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closures do not affect the player's obligation to complete any KYC verification that may be required to process outstanding funds.
